Imagine you are not stepping into a gallery but into an artist’s living room. That is the idea behind our living room exhibitions: artists get a room for a month, which they arrange in their own personal way and fill with a small selection of their works, in an atmosphere that invites you to linger.
Just drop by and have a look around. Or book a little coffee time with the invited guests: time for a conversation about art, for new encounters or simply for a quiet hour in special surroundings.
Readings in the living room
In the same cosy atmosphere we also invite you to small readings. A sofa, a few armchairs, a voice telling a story.
Exhibit with us
Would you like to show your art in our living room? In our listed half-timbered house of 1765 we rent out wall space for small showcase exhibitions. Your works hang in a warm, personal atmosphere, almost as if you were inviting guests into your own home. You are also welcome to lay out a portfolio with further works.
Your exhibition always runs for a whole month, from the first to the last day, hanging and taking down included.
- Wall space per room: €100 per month
- Hang it yourself: free, we unlock the door for you
- Technical help with hanging: €25 per hour
- Social media package: €50, we design your invitation for Instagram and more
- Presentation prints: €40 to €50, depending on the number
The booking is binding as soon as we have received the room rent. You would like an extra but it does not fit your budget right now? Just talk to us, we will find a way together. Everything else is in the exhibition agreement (PDF, German).
