On 24 June 2026, the Finanzamt Celle confirmed that the statutes of Denk.Mal e.V. meet the requirements for charitable status (§ 60a AO). For everyone who would like to support our work, this means: donations to the association are tax-deductible, and we are allowed to issue donation receipts.
The association is registered under VR 202409 at the Amtsgericht Lüneburg, and the statutes date from 31 March 2026. You will find all the documents on our transparency page.
